Jeroboam has committed sins and done more evil than all who lived before. He caused Israel to commit sins. 1 Kings 14:9 & 16

There is a price to pay for sins and for leading others to commit sins. Sometimes — several times in Scripture — the offspring pay for those sins. Lord may you guard my heart. Please do not judge my boys for my sins.
