During the reign of David, there was a famine for three successive years. The Lord said, “It is on account of Saul and his blood-stained house. It is because he put the Gibeonites to death.” 2 Samuel 21:1

After seven male descendant of Saul were killed by the Gibeonites and exposed before the Lord, God answered David’s prayer in behalf of the land. 2 Samuel 21: 9 &  14

Lord, I have sinned. I have taken “advantage” of exceptions that were available, but not intended for me. Though I have answered honestly, I have not volunteered information until asked. If my house, family, or field of work is under a curse for this or any other past offense, please make it clear so I can repent and be forgiven.
