Lord, you have blessed me in every way. Thanks for ______________________. I praise you for ______________________.
Lord, God of heaven, God of the earth, you sent your Son that we might have life and have it more abundantly. Therefore, because you are all powerful, all sovereign, I ask that you ______________________. I declare that I will not go back to the old ways. You, Lord, God of the heaven, have brought me into a good place. Constrain me so that I will not return to the former ways. Send your angels before me so that this one thing may be done.
Or Lord, give me success today. Show kindness to your servant. See? I am kneeling before you . May it be that when I say ______________________, the opportunity your servant seeks will open. By this I will know that you have shown kindness to your servant. Genesis 24:1-14
Not simply an answered prayer, but abundance. “She quickly emptied her jar into the trough, and ran back to the well to draw more.” (Genesis 24:20)
Not coaxing, but watching to learn. “He watched her closely to learn whether or not the Lord had made his journey successful.” (Genesis 24:21)
May this be my attitude as you answer this prayer, Lord.
