In this Wellness Wednesday devotional we explore what it means to declare the Lord’s Prayer over your body, your health, and your life — and why that declaration is so much more than a prayer. It is faith reaching into the finished work of Christ and pulling heaven’s reality into your body today.
In heaven there is no sickness. No decay. No disease. Only wholeness, health, restoration, peace, and joy. And Jesus taught us to declare that reality over our lives right now — present tense, on earth, as it is in heaven.
Isaiah and First Peter testify that Jesus suffered in His body so that we might be healed. The finished work is already done. Heaven’s health IS — not will be. And the same Jesus who healed all who came to Him in the Gospels is the same today as He was two thousand years ago.
Today we invite you to take a simple step of faith. Turn your palms upward. Lift your eyes. And declare it out loud.
He is good. His will is good. And His healing through Jesus is for you today and forever.
Healing Is Already In You Because the Healer Lives In You
Where does healing come from? Not from a distant God waiting to be convinced. Not from a miracle you’re still waiting on. Closer than you think — in you. The healing is already in you.
The same Spirit that worked through Jesus when He went about healing all and doing good to all — that Spirit lives in you. If Christ is in you, the Healer is in you.
This isn’t a new idea. God said it through Proverbs. Jesus said it in the Gospels. Paul confirmed it in Romans. The kingdom of God is within you — and if the kingdom is in you, so too is the King.
Not sure if Christ is in you? Ask Him to come. Surrender your life for His. Turn to His goodness, His love, His healing. He is not withholding. He is within.

One evening in Capernaum, Jesus healed every single person who showed up. Not most of them. Not the ones with enough faith. Everyone. An unclean spirit, gone with one sentence. A fever, rebuked like it had no right to stay. And then by evening — the whole city at the door, broken and sick — and one by one, they left whole.
That’s not a feel-good Bible story. That’s a pattern. And quantum physics may be the language we’ve been missing to understand it.
Quantum coherence describes what happens when a system is perfectly aligned with its source — no noise, no interference, no signal lost in translation. Healings flow not because the source is straining to produce them, but because nothing is blocking them.
Jesus operated in perfect coherence with the Father. Zero noise. Zero interruption. The Source moving through him without friction. When he spoke, creation listened — because the one speaking was perfectly aligned with the one who made it.
The year of the Lord’s favor wasn’t a future promise. Jesus said it was fulfilled the moment he opened his mouth. And then he walked out of Nazareth and proved it — in a synagogue, in Simon’s house, at the door of an entire city, and at a wedding where water became the best wine anyone had ever tasted.
Quantum coherence doesn’t explain away the miracle. It gives us a framework to understand why healing moved so freely through Jesus — and what it looks like when we position ourselves to receive it. Your groom has arrived. And he saved the best for last.
