Go Now to the Place of Shiloh

Go now to the place of Shiloh where I first made a dwelling for my Name. Jeremiah 7:12

Father, may my home and heart be a place of Shiloh for you.

Women knead the dough and make cakes of bread for Ishtar, the Queen of Heaven. 7:18

Women need the dough, Lord. We all do. 🙂 But may we live on your Word, alone.

I gave them this command: Obey me and I will be your God and you will be my people. Walk in all the ways I command you, that it may go well with you. But they went backward not forward. 7:23, 24.

Lord, your ways are mysterious to me, but the path is protected when I follow your commands. Circumstances change, what used to work … doesn’t. But still, help me to advance, not retreat.

Do not worry … O you of little faith. Do not worry about whatever it is you are worrying about right now. Instead, seek God’s Kingdom and all the things you need will be given to you in His time. Luke 12: 22, 28, 29, 31

Lord, help me to rely on you for direction. You know my needs. Give me rest from worry. Lead me to your Kingdom. Bring me into your presence. Protect and provide for my family. Father, I ask that it go well with me today. Show me a better way to market LPC books – a better way to make ALL our books known.

Lord, comfort and care for Alec who had his knee replacement surgery postponed. Thanks that the surgeon got all of Bryan’s tumor and he is cancer free. Please give Cindy peace as she waits for her surgery.
