“If you love Me, you will keep My commands. My Father will give you another, the Counselor, to be with you forever. He is the Holy Spirit of truth. The one who has My commands and keeps them is the one who loves Me. The one who loves Me will be loved by My Father. I also will love him and will reveal Myself to him.

“If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word. My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him. The one who doesn’t love Me will not keep My words. The word that you hear is not Mine but is from the Father.

“The Holy Spirit will teach you all things and remind you of everything I have told you.”- Jesus (John 14:15-26)

If you hate me then don’t keep my commands. Do as you like. Make the case that men wrote my commands and therefore men can decide if they wish to follow my commands.
My Father will not give you a counselor, but the father of lies will be eager to guide you. He gives you a spirit of deceit, destruction, and death. You only need to look at his fruit to know where he is at work.

If you hate me, ignore my word. My Father and I will depart from you and make our home elsewhere. The word you hear is not mine, for my word is from the Father. The word from the devil is all around you.

Spirits from the devil will lie to you about all manner of things and remind you that I did not mean what I said. The choice of who to believe is, as always, up to you.
