Romans 12-4-8

Prophecy: Jesus fulfilled Scripture, quoting Psalm 22 and declaring, “It is finished,” revealing that God’s plan was complete in Him.

Serving: On the cross, Jesus served us by bearing our sins and offering Himself as the ultimate sacrifice.

Teaching: By quoting Scripture, Jesus taught that God’s justice and mercy are both expressions of His love.

Encouragement: Jesus encouraged the dying thief by saying, “Today you will be with Me in Paradise,” offering hope in the darkest hour.

Giving: Jesus gave His dignity, blood, and life for us. By laying aside His glory, we gained His riches and eternal life.

Leadership: Even in pain, Jesus led by arranging care for His mother, saying, “Woman, behold your son… behold your mother.”

Mercy: While dying, He offered mercy to all, saying, “Father, forgive them.”
