This message is rooted in John 17 — the prayer Jesus prayed the night before the cross. Not for Himself. For you. Here is what He said about every believer: You were God’s before the world began. (v.6) You are protected by the power of Jesus’ name. (v.11) You are one with God and with Jesus. (v.11) You have received the word of God. (v.14) You are not of this world. Your citizenship is in heaven. (v.15) Jesus desires that you live in complete union with God and with Him. (v.21) Jesus is in you. God is in Jesus. Which means God is in you. (v.23) The love God has for His own Son lives inside you. (v.26) Jesus himself is in you. Right now. (v.26) These are not motivational words. These are the words of Jesus. Spoken for you. Over you. About you. Some wake up with this inside them and have no idea of its power. Now you know. John 17:6-26
