Lord, you went throughout the land teaching in places of worship, preaching the good news of the kingdom of God to all who would listen. You preached that all must repent, confess their sins, and be forgiven.

You healed every disease.

You healed every sickness.

People brought to you those who were ill with various diseases. They brought to you those who were suffering severe pain. They brought to you those possessed by demons, unclean spirits, spirits of oppression. They brought to you those having seizures.

You healed them all.

Because you are the great healer, the one who bore our sins on the cross, the one who bore our infirmities and sickness on the cross so that we might be free of sin and sickness, I bring before you _________ who is suffering from _________.

In your mighty name, Jesus, I ask you to lay hands on _________. Heal them. Send out from yourself your power, your sighs, your healing.
