“My servant who wrote to professing Jewish Believers says this to whose continue to sin with impunity.
‘In times past anyone who rejected the law of Moses died without mercy based on the testimony of two or three witnesses. Why, then, do you think you deserve a lesser punishment if you treat the mercy and grace that Jesus offers through his shed blood with disrespect? If you treat as unholy the new covenant in his blood, which is poured out for you — the new covenant that sanctifies you — no sacrifice for sins is left. If you insult the Spirit of grace and deliberately keep on sinning after you have received the knowledge of the truth, you should only expect judgment and a raging fire that will consume you. To fall into the hands of the living God is a dreadful thing.’
“Repent and turn from your sins while there is time, for I tell you a day is coming when the door will be shut and all who are cast out will beg to enter and cannot.” — Jesus (Hebrews 10:26-31)
